Jennifer’s passion lies in working with others to facilitate a deeper understanding of themselves and others, which allows for insight into what is next in career/life. Jennifer’s customized approach meets you where you are and considers all aspects of the career exploration process. In addition to career path exploration and advisement, Jennifer will help coordinate the more tactical items of the job search process, such as resume and LinkedIn design and optimization. She takes great care with her client relationships, and trust is a key component of her work with clients.

As a Myers-Briggs practitioner, Jennifer can administer assessments that will assist in discovering innate preferences. The preferences will help guide you in a deeper understanding of yourself to capitalize on strengths and develop capacity in working with potential blinds spots. There are several MBTI assessments available based on your needs.

Jennifer holds a BSBA in Management, is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Conflict Mediator, a Certified Organizational Development Professional, and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner. Jennifer is an Integral Coach, having received her certification through New Ventures West in San Francisco.
