Lindsay is a corporate operations leader with over a decade of experience guiding teams and emerging leaders in startup environments. She has worked for renowned technology companies and has a demonstrated history of cultivating and managing customer-centric teams through adept coaching and mentorship. Lindsay has been instrumental in the success of a high-growth company, where she experienced transformational growth through professional training and executive coaching, leading her to discover her passion for mentoring others. 

Combined with her abilities in strategic problem-solving, Lindsay's coaching philosophy emphasizes a people-focused approach. She fosters a culture of learning and development that enhances relationships and employee engagement. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize and maximize their potential. 

With a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management Information Systems, Lindsay brings a solid academic foundation to her coaching practice. She also earned a Customer Experience certificate from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business, and served as a member of the CX Advisory Committee. Lindsay is based in Littleton, Colorado, and enjoys all the state offers with her young family. As a VIM coach, she is committed to positively impacting the lives and careers of those she works with, empowering them to reach new heights of success and fulfillment.
