Nancy Botiller

With decades of executive leadership experience, Nancy has dedicated her career to growing the capacity of leaders and teams in the organizations she has served. She started her career practicing physical therapy with a focus on getting performing artists and athletes back to their highest physical potential after an injury. This experience set the foundation for her current passion in supporting and developing senior leaders to become the best they can be and gain the deep awareness and growth needed to guide high performing companies. She has a strong understanding of the challenges leaders face today and is thrilled to have the opportunity to mentor others. The VIM coaching approach enabled her to gain the insights and awareness to be the most effective leader today in a business environment where engaging people at all levels is critical for an organization’s sustainability and competitive advantage.

Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of California Davis and an MBA from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Business. In addition, she earned a MS degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Nancy is a highly accomplished, forward-thinking executive leader with more than two decades of progressive experience leading operational, business development and technology initiatives in diverse environments. A transformational change driver, she has led multiple enterprise turnaround and growth efforts via a focus on continuous improvement, a talent for selecting and developing people and teams and serving as a consensus building technology champion.

Over her career in leadership roles and as a Board/Committee member and executive advisor, Nancy has amassed diverse experience spanning global operations, business development, technology implementation, M&A integration, key account management, Lean Six Sigma team leadership, customer experience strategy and service excellence, and rebranding/marketing.

Nancy served as the inaugural COO for a public health protection organization. Within a short time, she has developed a multi-pronged strategic plan for integrating three lines of business and catalyzing sustained growth and development for a 60-plus year old organization founded and led by clinical executives.

Prior to her current role, Nancy served as the Senior VP of Customer Operations for a global provider of absence management solutions. She led change in a dynamic environment with frequent C-level transitions (four CEO’s in five years) and post-acquisition growth that tripled the footprint and quadrupled the workforce.

Earlier in her career, Nancy served as the Executive VP of Operations for Colorado Access, a nonprofit healthcare company and COO for Nurse-Family Partnership, a community health program.

Nancy is drawn to VIM and the coaching process as a way to “give back” to leaders as they face opportunities and change in the current business environment. This will be an opportunity to learn together to create inner strength and resilience.
