Nicholas Owens

Nicholas is a deeply curious and reflective individual, as well as a thoughtful communicator who brings over fifteen years of professional experience in personal consultative service to his clients. He is compassionate, empathetic, and passionate about helping others and seeing them succeed. Nicholas is acutely skilled in bringing out the best in his clients as he guides them in taking their careers to the next level and through transition and change.

Nicholas has diversified his skills across the board with his business studies at Metropolitan State College of Denver, experience as an Emergency Medical Technician in the United States Air Force, as well as roles in sales and leadership. As a personal trainer and fitness coach for OrangeTheory Fitness for over eleven years, he has demonstrated his ability to help clients advance their performance and fitness and build their confidence. In his executive coaching, Nicholas utilizes his intuitive skills to teach others how to identify and anticipate problems, and confront roadblocks with creative solutions. In addition, Nicholas has extensive experience in coaching individuals relating to 12 Step Work.

Nicholas has nurtured his pursuit for a more settled, quiet mind by utilizing daily meditation, and incorporates it into his coaching. He deepened his practice when he traveled to Peru, to study Incan philosophy and spirituality.

Nicholas is a Colorado native, having resided in California and in Denver. He enjoys running, surfing, spending time with his family and cats, and traveling.

Nicholas has been an integral part of VIM for many years. He is the VIM Training Coach, and in addition to executive coaching, specializes in career, transition and life coaching. Nicholas utilizes his experience and his passion for guiding individuals on their path to self-awareness, to help each client find their true, authentic self.
